With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carl Morgan of Madison, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 27, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Carl has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl B. Morgan and Emily Boldery; and his close friend Bob Chandler. He is survived by: his friends, Bill Kalb of Madison, Dave Snodgrass of Madison, Janice Chandler of Madison and Barb Schutt of Iowa.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Lytle Welty Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, Vail Chapel (117 Holt Dr, Madison, IN 47250). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A procession will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Lytle Welty Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Vail Chapel (117 Holt Dr, Madison, IN 47250).
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Fair Play Fire Company No. 1. Contributions may be made at the Lytle Welty Funeral Home or below.
