He is survived by: his wife Lisa Saltzman of Madison, Indiana; his sons, Nicholas Lee Saltzman of Madison and Thomas James Saltzman of Madison, Indiana; and his siblings, James Saltzman of Madison, Indiana, Donna Willoughby of Denver and Leanne Thrower (Tony) of Charlotte.

Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre (325 Demaree Dr, Madison, IN 47250). A memorial service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
