He was predeceased by: his parents, Linda Sue Penrod Gardner and Ronald Warren Gardner; Linda Sue Penrod Gardner. He is survived by: his daughters, Autumn Maggart of Chesapeake, Virginia and Gabriella Gardner of Metairie, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Olivia Maggart, Grady Maggart and Landon Maggart; his brother Eric Gardner (Donna) of Texas; and his aunt Betty Childs of San Antonio, Texas.
