She is survived by: her mother Shirley Lock (Clubb) of Madison; her son Derin Van Wye of Madison; her grandson Jordan Van Wye; her brother Darrell Lock, Sr. (Lisa) of Hanover, Indiana; her nephew Darrell Lock, Jr. of Madison; and her caregivers, Tim and Stacy Perkins.
