He is survived by : his wife Kathy Jo Pugh of Madison, IN; his son Richard Troy Pugh of Lafayette, IN; his brother Brooks Pugh (Sandy) of Danville, IL; his stepbrother Danny Butler (Jan) of San Antonio, TX; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Orion Pugh.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kingman Fraternal Cemetery (450 W 1000 S, Kingman, IN 47952).
