He was predeceased by : his parents, Ferman and Mary Caldwell (Johnson); and his wife Nancy A. Caldwell of Paducah. He is survived by : his sons, Michael Caldwell (Nancy) of Madison and David Caldwell (Rena) of Madison; and his grandchildren, Megan Caldwell, Katrena Gobert, Makazley and Logan Caldwell.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to Illinois Baptist Disaster Relief Ministry or the Alzheimer's Association. Contributions may be made at the Lytle Welty Funeral Home or below.
