It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Lucille Coghill Skirvin of Madison, Indiana, who passed away on April 25, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Coghill and Hazel Chandler Coghill-West; her husband Charles William Skirvin, Sr.; her children, Charles William "Charlie" Skirvin, Jr., Michael Allen Skirvin and Linda Tullis; her grandson Scotty Skirvin; her siblings, Ruth Ann Morris, James Coghill and Bill Coghill; and her grandson Troy Kinman.
She is survived by: her children, Penny Hill of Urbana, Debbie Lohrig (Roger) of Madison, Kelley Hay (Donnie) of Indianapolis, Indiana, James Skirvin (Loy) of Madison and Ricky Skirvin (Shauna) of Rexville, Indiana; her grandchildren, Billy, Tammy, Eric, Justin, Mindy, Jackson, Griffin, Allen and Emerson; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Kaytlin, Austin, Curtis, Westley, Anthony, Mason, Shila, Bryce, Harper, Lauren, Tristin Troy, Zachery and Kayla; and her great great grandchildren, Mason, Henry, Sara and William. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
