She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Raker and Hester Wingham Raker; her sister Hester Wingham Raker; her husband Henry James "H. J." Ball; her children, Jay Scott Ball and Julie Ball Hambrick; her brother Carl Perry; and her siblings-in-law, Virginia Welch (Lawrence), Mary Jo Colbert (Jesse), Patsy Abbott (W. R.), Nancy Raker and Jim Pirtle.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Ball McKay (Chuck) of Madison and Jayme Ball Larrison of Hanover, Indiana; her grandchildren, Clint McKay (Emily), Chris McKay (Christy), Phillip McKay (Kande), Christina Grandeo (Eric), Megan Coggshall, Joshua Larrison and Owen Hambrick; her great grandchildren, Madison McKay, Spencer McKay, Claire McKay, Ford McKay, Ariel McKay, Lauren McKay, Collin McKay, Vivienne Grandeo, Jack Grandeo, Emma Coggshall and Ethan Becker; her siblings, Jack Raker of Marion and Jeanette Pirtle of Madison, Indiana; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Perry. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
