She was predeceased by: her parents, Alma Sue Playez Lewis and William Edward Lewis; her husband Carl Edward Frazier; her brother-in-law Charles E. Hayes; her great grandchild Phoenix Wynn; her nephew Charles Hayes; and her niece Palma Hayes.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Sue Frazier Dahlem (Matthew) of Madison, Indiana and Edward Lewis Frazier (Stacy) of Scottsburg, Indiana; her grandchildren, Aubrey Elisabeth Dahlem, Evan William Dahlem, Chase Wynn and Nick Wynn; her great grandchildren, Alexa, Delayna, Layla and Raegan; her sister Norma Hayes of Erie, Pennsylvania; her aunt Norma Balko of Johnstown, Pennsylvania; her sister-in-law Patty Hooker (Jim) of Chesnee; her niece Susan Brown; and her nephew William Hayes.
