He was predeceased by : his parents, Nancy Ella Jones Todd and William Lee Todd; his siblings, Anna Edwards and George Adam Todd; his siblings-in-law, Richard Lee Thorne, William Lee Tomilson, Richard Lee Bell, Thelma Marie Davis, Anna May Talarsky, Mary Margaret Thevenow Carver and Carlene Francis Tomilson; and his parents-in-law, Carl "Corkie" Tomlinson and Thelma Atlanta Gray Tomlinson.
He is survived by : his wife Betty Sue Tomlinson Todd of Madison, Indiana; his children, Christopher Antony "Scott" Todd (Kelli) of Madison, Troy Wayne Scudder of Orlando, Florida and Tamara G. Wheeler (Jason) of Union; his grandchildren, Brittany Gray (Harvey), Amara Smietana, Trey Skylar Mckenzie Cosby, Trey Scudder, Ty Scudder, Hayden Isaac William Todd, Ella Trinity Faith Wheeler and Kiera Ann Todd; his great grandchildren, Addison Todd Humes, Mackenzie Ann Gray, Cash William Gray, Zophia Maura Smietana and Ophelia Jace Ritchie; his sister Cheri Marlene Todd Thorne of Madison, Indiana; his sister-in-law Rebecca Lynn O'Banion (Joseph Perry) of Madison, Indiana; and his nephew Paul David Cardwell (Tammy) of Madison, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
