He was predeceased by: his mother Dolores June "Dorie" Davis Storm. He is survived by: his father Ralph Edwin of Madison; his children, Chloe Larissa Storm of Bloomington, Hannah Carolina Storm of Denver, Colorado and Ryan Paul Conrad Storm of Franklin, Indiana; and his siblings, Robert Edwin Storm of Madison, David Graham Storm of Madison, John Ralph Storm (Tracy) of Madison, Mark Earl Storm of Lexington, Indiana and Donna Jean Storm (Mark Norden) of Unionville, Indiana. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church.
