She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyons Milburn Sallee' and Mattie Alma Shoemaker Sallee'; her former husband Billy Joe Vance; her husband Arthur "Art" Welsh; her sons, Steven Dale Vance and Brian Wayne Vance; her siblings, James Sallee', Bill Sallee', Marjorie Marshall and Judy Kemp; and her sons-in-law, Billy Turner and Neal Lyle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Ann Turner of Hanover and Pamela Jo; her daughter-in-law Nancy Buxton Vance of Mooresville, Indiana; her grandchildren, Jessica, Jennifer, Jacob, Joel, Alyson and Chris; and her sister Ann Johnson of Woodbury, Tennessee. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
