He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leroy Moore and Freda M. Burnham Moore; his grandparents, Roy, Alma Burnham, Lawson and India Moore; his sister Tamela Courtney; and his brothers-in-law, Walter Rich, Bob Willis and Daniel Blaylock.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Anthony James Moore and Elysa Moore; his sisters, Sharon Rich of Madison, Kandra Willis of LaGrange and Judith Blaylock of Deputy, Indiana; and his brother-in-law Donald Courtney of Madison, Indiana. He is also survived by his several nieces, nephews.
