He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Lockridge and Virginia Inez Lockridge (Smith); his daughter Amy Neely; his siblings, James Lockridge, Cynthia Shepherd and Jane O'Hara (Jim); and his brother-in-law David Higdon.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Durand (Kenny) of Madison; his sister Joyce Higdon of Louisville, Kentucky; his grandson Maverick Chase Miller (Rachelle) of Columbus, Indiana; and his stepgranddaughter Amanda Durand of Lexington, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
