Keith Leake Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of Keith Leake (Madison, Indiana) is shared. Keith, born on June 20, 1957 in Bardstown, Kentucky, passed away on October 5, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Keith Leake to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Durbin Leake and Mary Catherine "Kitty" Clan Leake; his parents-in-law, Bill Auberry and Margarite Deddie Auberry; and his siblings-in-law, Lois Ann Leake, Jim Mattingly and Alburtus Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Deborah Leake of Underwood, Indiana; his children, Bryan Leake of Underwood, Nichole Redmon (Bubba) of Scottsburg and Whitney Shoemaker (Cory) of Underwood, Indiana; his grandchildren, Austin, Aaron, Brianna, Valentina, Romella, Finley, Gideon and Creedon; his great grandchild Sterling; his siblings, Linda Smith of Coxs Creek, Steve Leake (Sandy) of Bardstown, Rhonda Mattingly of Boston, Martha Leake of Bardstown, Anita Smith (Dewayne) of New Haven, Tim Leake (Barbara) of Bardstown, Boss Leake of Coxs Creek, Wahseka Auberry (Donald) of Scottsville and Cheryl Downs (David) of Bardstown, Kentucky; and his siblings-in-law, Timmy Auberry (Dawn) of Frankfort, Kentucky and Sheila Bowman (Kelly) of Springfield, Kentucky. He is also survived by his numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre (325 Demaree Dr, Madison, IN 47250). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
