He was predeceased by: his father Harlen D. Wehner; and his grandparents, Letha, Charles Wehner, Raymond and Frances Hoskins.

He is survived by: his wife Kate Wehner of Madison, Indiana; his mother Pauline "Polly" Hoskins Wehner of Madison, Indiana; his stepsons, Charles Hehe and Joshua Hehe (Ashley); and his siblings, Stanley Wehner of Madison, Chris Alan Wehner (Stephanie) of Evansville, Indiana and Amy Jones (Luke) of Stuart Florida.
