He is survived by: his spouses, Tammy Lyon Adams and Tamara D. "Tammy" Lyon; his parents, James Stephen and Jean Redmon Stephen of Versailles, Indiana; his children, Lee Allen Stephen, Jr. (Jania) of Bear Branch, Kenneth James "K. J." Stephen (Paula) and Kayla Stephen of Atlanta, Georgia; his stepdaughter Hannah Adams of Canaan, Indiana; his grandchildren, Ben, Wayne, Jana, Malachia, Rose, Zamira, Lily, Gabriel, Abram, Isabelle, Abigail, Brianna, Emma, Dylan and Lincoln; and his brothers, James R. "J. R." Stephen (Debbie) of Versailles and Joe Stephen (Kelly) of Versailles, Indiana. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
