He is survived by : his former life partner Diane Amos; his wife Laura Jane Hall Moore of Madison, Indiana; his sons, Kettig Moore (Jessica Shaw) of Louisville and Brittan Moore (Michelle) of Cincinnati, Ohio; his stepchildren, Jacklyn Logston of Madison, Jesslyn Powell of Madison, Indiana and Steven Powell (Shawna) of Paducah, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kristen (Cuyler), Nadia, Bella and Corey; his stepgrandchildren, Dorothy Jane, Grayson, Morgan, Riley, Trinity, Marlee and Ember; his stepgreat-grandson Julian; his siblings, James Lee Moore (Zita) of Edinburgh, Nick Moore of Scottsburg, Indiana and Cynthia Moore Cloud (Doyle) of Lexington, Indiana; his uncle Marvin Moore (Nyla) of Hudson, Florida; and his siblings-in-law, Billie Ramsey, Billy Hall, Pebble Hall and Rocky Hall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
