He is survived by: his wife Connie Richmond of Madison; his children, Sommer Hancock of Indianapolis, Brandon Johnson (Beth) of Madison, Brooke Humphreys (Johnny Walker) of Bedford, Amanda Mullikin (Alex) of Madison and Kyle Cutshaw (Melissa) of Madison; his siblings, Marcia Trinkle (Jeff) of Columbus, Twila Jennings (David) of Bedford, Gina Williams (Steve) of Anniston, Alabama and Bach Johnson (Kim) of Madison; his grandchildren, Spencer, Shea, Brogan, Brodie, Kinsley, Coltin, Beezie, Avery and Rory; his mother-in-law Jean Richmond of Milton, Kentucky; and his sisters-in-law, Darlene Hewitt of Carrollton, Becky Parsons of Madison, Lynn Webster of Madison, Candy Johnson (Bumper) of Madison and Stacy Perkins of Milton.
