She is survived by: her children, Heather M. White of Madison, Indiana and Zackery Nicholson (Hayley) of Crestwood, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Willow, Weston and Hazel; and her sister JoAnne Gulley Struckman (Leroy) of Milan, Indiana..
