He is survived by: his wife Gwynn Perlich; his children, Nicholas Perlich and Anna Larrison; his children-in-law, Amy Perlich and John Larrison; his grandchildren, Lucy Perlich, Wyatt Perlich and Owen Larrison; and his cousin Jill Whitworth.
Viewing was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Flanner and Buchanan-Zionsville Funeral Center (105 W Pine St, Zionsville, IN 46077). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
