She is survived by: her parents, Curtis E. Slack and Terrie Shuck Slack; her siblings, Carrie Slack of New Albany, Indiana and Curtis E. Slack, II (Cierra Willoughby) of Mt. Sterling; her nephew Finley "Finn" Slack; and her aunts and uncles, Kathy M. (Michael "Reno" May), Brack (Gloria Houchens), Scott (Beth Houchens) and Anna (Mark Case).
