She is survived by: her daughters, Chantel Garcia of Columbus, Holly Oak of Madison, Kindra Youngblood of Madison and Mahayla Boshears of Madison, Indiana; her son-in-law James Oak of Columbus, Indiana; her grandchildren, Brookelyn, Danika, Lexy, Caleb, Keilani, Ray, Lennon and Ayson; her grandson-in-law Wendell Vest of Madison, Indiana; and her siblings, Kenny Holt of Madison, Indiana, Cari LaPine (Jack) of Columbus and Jonetta Tankersley of Madison, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
