She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett James Wingham and Margaret Cassell Jackson Wingham; her husband James Don Royalty, Sr.; her son Ronald Darren Royalty; her brothers, Franklin Thompson Wingham, Glenford Dean Wingham and Lewis Julian Wingham; her sister-in-law Evelyn Louise Mahoney Wingham; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Michelle Royalty.

She is survived by: her sons, James Don Royalty of Virginia Beach, David Royalty (Marie) of Bonita Springs and Kevin Royalty, Sr. (Kristina) of Madison, Indiana; her grandchildren, April, Nissa, Doug, James Bradford, Rebecca and Kevin, Jr.; and her siblings, Keith Wingham (Ruth) of Austin, Fred Wingham (Barbara) of Hobe Sound, Florida and Elaine Maddox (J. W.) of Milton, Kentucky.. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
