He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Baker, Sr. and Helen Marie Lewis (Baker); his siblings, Ralph Lewis, Neal Lewis, Claudia Inskeep and Thelma Beatty; and his grandchildren, Tre Colber and Mercedes Lewis.
He is survived by: his sons, Hauris W. Lewis (Miranda) of Senoia and Mark E. Lewis (Debbie) of Madison; his grandchildren, Kaneesha Lewis (Thomas) of Madison, Janay Hale (Kody) of Madison, Jamilah Pedigo of Madison, Jacob Anderson of Decauter, Jaiden Anderson of Senoia and Addisyn Lewis of Senoia, Georgia; his great grandchildren, Quincy, Averi, Tredan, Eamon, ElaMarie, Abigail, Emoni and Oliver; his brother James "Jimmy" Lewis (Joyce) of Lafayette, Indiana; and his former wife Nancy Lou Lewis (Humes) of Madison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
