He is survived by: his parents, Tia Edwards Siemon of North Vernon, Indiana and Mark Goodin of North Vernon, Indiana; his stepfather Barry Siemon of Jeffersonville, Indiana; his siblings, Jon Goodin of Madison, Andrew Siemon of Jeffersonville, Indiana and Dakoda Siemon (Jack Shields) of Madison, Indiana; his grandmother Nancy Edwards of Madison, Indiana; his stepgrandparents, Patricia Siemon of Florida, Bill and Melanie Siemon of Brookville, Indiana; his aunt Crystal; his uncles, Dennis Woodfill of Madison, Indiana and John Goodin of Madison, Indiana; his cousins, Wesley Edwards and Robert Newman; his adoptive parents, Jerry, Jr. and Melinda; his grandmother Linda Hortenbery of Madison, Indiana; his close friend Zachary; his sister Sara; and his nieces and nephews, Riley Goodin, Celeste Avalos, Aurora and Alyssa.
