She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Neukirchner and Louise Neukirchner (Gleason); her son Joshua Leeland Colvin; and her sister Penny Louise Edgington. She is survived by : her husband Arlie Colvin of Madison; her son Arlie L. Colvin II of Madison; her stepmother Garnett Neukirchner of Frankfort, Ohio; her siblings, Tina Skirvin (Tommy) of Hanover, Tasha Neukirchner of Dayton, Farrah Smith of Frankfort, Frank Neukirchner, Jr. of Frankfort and Jesse Neukirchner of Frankfort; and her nieces and nephews, Brandy, Jennifer, Charles, Nicole and Stacey.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Ruby Colvin Memorial Fund.
