She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Jane Potts Shultz and William Keith Shultz; and her brother Fred Shultz. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Paul Thacker of Madison, Indiana; her daughters, Pam Bladen (Rick) of Lexington and Trish Hall of Scottsburg, Indiana; her grandchildren, Jason Bayne, Deven Chatham (Chelsea), Dustin Bayne (Ashley), Megan Zehren (Zach), Kelsey Bladen, Derrick Bladen (Lauren) and Paige Hall; her sister Beth Greenwell (Dan) of Owensboro, Kentucky; and her brother-in-law Mitchell Thacker (Rhonda) of Lexington, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre (325 Demaree Dr, Madison, IN 47250). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
