It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scotty Foster of Madison, Indiana, who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Debbie Sue Foster (Romans); his adoptive father Walter "Lee" Foster; his father James Seal; his grandparents, Dale Romans, Theda Seal and Norma Brown; his sister-in-law Carrie Magyar; James "Butch" Hilligoss, Frances Pike, Juanita Widener and Tim Cloat.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Sue "Becky" Foster (Hilligoss) of East Enterprise, IN; his daughter Alivia May Foster of East Enterprise, IN; his siblings, Amy Foster Thomas of Vevay, IN, Kayla Seal of Lawrenceburg, IN, James Seal of Lawrenceburg, IN and Tony Fisse (Savannah); his parents-in-law, James, Pamela Hilligoss of Florence, IN, Melinda Cloat of Vevay, IN, Michael and Linda Thomas of East Enterprise, IN; his siblings-in-law, Holly Thomas (Adam Day) of East Enterprise, IN, Rachel, Jeff Hudson of Sanders, KY, Jeremiah, Renee Thomas of Ft. Riley, KS, Eddie, Amelia Hilligoss of Paris Crossing, IN, Adrianna Jennings of Scottsburg, IN, Scott Reitz of Florence, IN and Tiffany Emery of East Enterprise, IN; Peggy Hilligoss of Vevay, IN. He is also survived by his several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
