She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Hertz and Audrey Gilland Hertz; her parents-in-law, Harold W. Lohrig and Eva Isabell Pribble Lohrig; and her siblings-in-law, William "Bill" Lohrig, Ronald Edward Lohrig, Linda Lohrig, Kak Lohrig and Mary Jo Lohrig.
She is survived by: her husband Graham Lohrig of Madison, Indiana; her children, Monica Lynn Lohrig of Hanover, Thomas Graham Lohrig of Madison, Peter William Lohrig (Nichole) of Madison and Amanda Kay Lohrig (Derek Nolan) of Madison, Indiana; her grandchildren, Eva Lohrig, Theodore Lohrig, Andrew Pietrykowski, Owen Taylor and Emma Taylor; her sisters, Connie Sue Welch (Frank) of Campbellsburg and Cathy Voit of Marion, Indiana; her sister-in-law Mary Ann Plummer (Kent) of Franklin, Indiana; her nieces, Melissa Jo Bednarczyk of Campbellsburg and Sandy Lutes of Campbellsburg, Kentucky; and her nephew Scottie Taylor of Tennessee. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre (325 Demaree Dr, Madison, IN 47250). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
