She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Purvis of Bedford, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Sandra Baystyr (Russell) of Brownsburg, Indiana, Dave Shafer of Madison, Indiana, Kristopher Kalb of Westfield, Indiana and Matt Shafer (Cami) of Milton, Kentucky; her daughter-in-law Susan Klein of Madison, Indiana; and her niece Joyceanne White of Nacogdoches, Texas..
In lieu of flowers, the family directs memorial contributions be made to the Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Contributions can be made at the funeral home or below.
