He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Easter and Stella Easter (Bennett); and his siblings, Dorothy Smith, Violet Busick and Roy Easter.

He is survived by : his wife Anita Easter of Marengo; his children, Teresa Clouse of Jasper and Douglas Easter of Evansville; his sister Verna Owens of French Lick; and his stepsons, Mark Manship of Marengo, Monte Manship of Salem and Martin Manship of Florida. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
