Spurling (Shipman) of Depauw, Indiana; and his siblings, Steven Edward Spurling of Marengo, Robert James Spurling of Tell City, Indiana, Carlee Burton of Tell City, Breanna R. Bayre of Palmyra and Kaitlin M. Owens of Paoli, Indiana. He is also survived by 4 nephews and 2 nieces.
