He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph G. McIntyre and Dorothy McIntyre (Fain); and his brothers, Earl "Butch" and Robert McIntyre. He is survived by: his wife Donna S. McIntyre (Howe); his children, Wallace A. McIntyre (Tawnya), Paul S. McIntyre (Rebecca) and Amanda Ann Louise McIntyre (Greg); his sister Evelyn Dobbs; and his grandchildren, Shawn McIntyre (Ashley), Monica Young (Ray) and Samantha McIntyre. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
