He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Parks and Eva Parks (Busick); and his sisters, Carol Klinkow (Tootie), Brenda Busick and Judy Mousty.
He is survived by : his children, Nicole Parks (Tikelan), Kisha Parks, Matt Parks (Candy) and Chuck Parks (Korainne); his grandchildren, Trent, Creed, Vayda, Gunner, Michaela, Lucas, Eli, Addisyn, Taya and Brixton; and his siblings, Eva June Libka, Rita Stevens (Danny), Tammy Voyles, Doc Parks (Wilma), Mike Parks (Linda) and Rick Parks.
