She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara Smallwood; her stepmother Vanessa Mattingly; and her grandparents, Bill and Evelyn Smallwood. She is survived by: her father Marvin Mattingly; her sons, Chris Nolan (Sapphire) and Kenneth Nolan; her siblings, Scott Mattingly (Jessica), Jennifer Wertz (Gary) and Jason Mattingly (Brandi); her grandchildren, Emery Nolan, Alix Nolan and Haylee Rene Nolan; and her aunt Kimberly Smallwood Smith.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Center - Scott Chapel (921 Main St, Jeffersonville, IN 47130). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
