He is survived by: his close friend Peggy Bays; his children, Lyn D. Melton of Mitchell, Glen B. Melton (Brenda) of French Lick, Jesse J. Melton (Amy) of Charleston, Steven T. Duncan of Marengo, Scott W. Duncan (Casey) of Jasper, Indiana, Lorna K. Shelton (Kenny) of Grantsburg, Patty A. Patton of Marengo, Audrey J. Pevlor (Jim) of Santa Claus and Billie Jo of Farmington, Kentucky; and his siblings, Robert, Roger, Rodney, Michael, Joseph Deshane, Diana L. Savoy and Susan E. Martinez. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
