She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Mae Queen and Miller Lewis Queen Sr. (Humaniuash Key); and her sister Margaret Mosby. She is survived by: her daughter Denetra K. Key; her great grandchildren, Jai'Vion L. Rushing, Kamari R. A. Key, Kyann R. A. Key, Keymone R. A. Key, Ty'Shawn L. Key-Hall, Kellani R. A. Key and Kateri R. A. Key; her brothers, William Nelson Louisville (Lutitia), Miller Queen (Delores) and Marion; her brother-in-law Melvin Mosby (Dayton); and her siblings, Chesley Rusununguko (Kim), Barbara Johnson of Rock Hill, S. C., Mary Scott and Marion. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, her church family and beloved long-term friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calvary Missionary Baptist Church (3225 S Washington St, Marion, IN 46953). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
