She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill King and Lizzie King (Hensley); her husband Glen Shelton; and her siblings, Marion Bud Dudley, Viola Gentry, Virginia Shanks, Beulah, Bunea King, Margaret Berryhill and Imogene Claflin.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Shelton (Donna) of Silver Lake, Indiana, Tracie Cochran and Shari Greer (David) of Sweetser, Indiana; her sister Sylvia Berryhill (Donald) of Gas City, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Matthew Cochran (Tamara), Joshua Holmes (Elizabeth), Brandy Mowery (Brittany), Alexis Paul and Nate Shelton (Taylor). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
