She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Speicher and Zola Webster (Kelly); her former husband Richard L Miller; her husband David E. Wells Sr.; her siblings, Gene, Jack Speicher and Patricia Hardy; and her great great grandchild Eily Trader.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Blakely; her son-in-law George Blakely; her son Danny Miller; her daughter-in-law Cindy Miller; her grandchildren, Angie Trader (Mark), Scott Miller (Susan), April Blackburn (Rodney) and Dallas Miller (Aubrey); her great grandchild Kati Yahner (Timothy); her grandchildren, Mark Ryan Trader (Taylor), Hadyn Blackburn (Taylor), Andrea Wright (Tyler), Olivia Miller (Colin), Emma Anderson (Gabe) and Ava Keith; her great great grandchild Trace Yahner; her great grandchildren, Robyn Trader, Bryson Yahner and Loryn Blackburn; and her pet Rosie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and Barbara was also a loving companion.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Marion Grant County Humane Society, 505 S. Miller Avenue, Marion, Indiana 46953, in honor of Bobbie's love for animals.
