She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Leroy and Madonna DeAnn Stineman; and her husband Jan M. Lambert. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Howard of Fort Wayne, IN., Debra Minnick (Tim) of Fort Wayne, IN. and Michael Lambert of Fort Wayne, IN.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
