She was predeceased by: her parents, Artie Basey and Cora Basey (Fields); her daughter Lela Hobson; and her sister Lucy Martin. She is survived by: her children, Everett Hobson (Carlotta) of Upland, Stoney Hobson of Wabash and Opal Burritt (Robert) of Holiday, Florida; and her brother James Basey of Florida. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
