He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen R. Phillips and Virgalene Harrison; his grandmother Lori Wilson; and his great-grandparent Joe Phillips. He is survived by: his grandmother Peggy Rich of Marion; his great-grandparent Mary Phillips of Converse; his uncles, Allen Harrison of Hartford City and Charlie Sanderson of Hartford City; and his stepsiblings, Damiean Chitwood of Maryville, TN and Aubrionna Christine of Marion.
