He is survived by: his wife Frances Bennett; his children, Stacy Bennett (Bonnie) of Jonesboro, Francesco Angelo of Buffalo, NY, Bufflalo of Buffalo, NY, Carlos Amaro III of Buffalo, NY, Las Vegas of Buffalo, NY, Emolya Amaro of Buffalo, NY, Lisa Amaro of Buffalo, NY and Tina (Quinton) of Washington; his siblings, Luciano Amaro, Santo Fronseca (Marie), Geronimo Fronseca, Tina Fronseca and Crew Fronseca; his grandchildren, Jose Amaro, Sonyia Amaro and Frankie Amaro; and his great grandchild Kammy Amaro.

“We are heartbroken at Carlos's passing. We loved seeing him at church, especially the way his whole face would light up whenever he made eye contact with someone. He loved people wholeheartedly, and it was obvious. He always made us laugh with his jokes, and he was always so full of the joy of the Lord. We'll miss stopping to chat with him whenever we ran into him around town, and we'll definitely miss his hugs. We love you, Frances, and we're grieving with you and your family.”
