We bid farewell to Chelsey Danielle Shamory of Marion, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 2, 2025 at the age of 40. Chelsey Danielle touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her son Dylan M. Shamory; her uncle Ted Layman; and her grandparents, Jimmie Shamory (Phyllis), George Gentry (Shirley), Ted Layman (Delean) and Gayle Gentry.
She is survived by: her parents, Rick B. Shamory and Jill E. Shamory (Layman) of Gas City; her sister Michelle Brown (Eric); her nieces, Makana and Kamea; and her aunts and uncles, Angie Coulter (Robert), Angie Collier, Debbie Jesse, Jayne Martin (late Sam), Vickie Layman, Fred Layman (Cathe) and Jon Scott Layman (Lorie). She is also survived by several loving cousins and friends; as well as many caregivers and friends.
