She is survived by: her mother Linda Wise of Somerset, Indiana; her children, Michael Columbus (Stephanie) of Bushnell, Christopher Columbus (Ashley) of Marion, Lindsey Ramos (Anthony Shinnaberry) of Van Wert and Codie Ramos of Ohio City, Ohio; her grandchildren, Summer Columbus, Cali Columbus, Myra Columbus, Bradyn Columbus, Jamison Webster, Addison Miller, Bentlee Miller, Noah Morse and Desiree Morse; her great grandchild Karli Thompson; her sister Vanessa Smith of Somerset, Indiana.; and her stepson Devin Synder.
