He is survived by: his son Nicholas Ballew (Connie); his grandchildren, Taylor, Ryan Bales, Chloe and Jackson Ballew; his siblings, Donnie Ballew (Sheryl), Daniel Ballew (Melba) and David Ballew; and his nieces and nephews, Danielle, Shannon, Stacey, Stephanie and Brian.
