He is survived by: his spouse Hong Thi Pham (Nguyen); his children, Phong Pham (Van) of Houston, TX, Thai Pham (Alana) of Perth, Loc Pham (Thu) of Houston, TX, Tigon Dausman (Jeff) of Indianapolis and Joyce Simpkins (Matthew) of Indianapolis; and his grandchildren, Mitchell, Ethan, Kyle, Harrison, Wynton, Mia, Evie, Ian, Sawyer, Isabella, Lilian, Hudson, Luke, Rowan and Elaine. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
