She was predeceased by: her father Herman "Bud" Wiecking of Marion; her grandmother Colleen Harrigan; and her aunt Marsha Harrigan. She is survived by: her mother Diana "DeeDee" Wiecking of Marion; her siblings, Stephenie Jackson (Will) of Marion, Beth Duncan of Truckee, CA, Brent Wiecking (Andrea) of Reno, NV and Casey Riggs of Marion; and her nieces and nephews, Payton (Brownsburg), Emerson (Marion), Jade Thomas, Rachel, Matt, Piper, Eli, Tayne, Beckham and Iylah. She is also survived by aunts, cousins and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Raven Choate Robinson Funeral Home (1202 W Kem Rd, Marion, IN 46952). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Elk's Country Club (1100 E Bond Ave, Marion, IN 46952).
Memorial contributions may be made to The Colleen Harrigan Foundation for Children with Autism https://www.colleenharriganfoundation.com in Dena's memory to build a fund to provide for the children and families she served for over a decade.
