He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Summers and Helen Summers (McCallister); his wife Eva M. Summers; his brothers, James L. Summers and Ricky Summers; his grandson Shawn Tomlinson; and his son-in-law William Tomlinson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandy Tomlinson of Riegelwood, NC, Pam Summers (Kevin Lindley) of Kokomo and Lois Hand (Clarence) of Marion; his siblings, Harold Summers of Jonesboro, AR, Wanda Barnhill of Harrisburg, AR, Mary Lee Johnson of Jonesboro, AR and Edna Jo Summers of Truman, AR; his grandchildren, Aaron Tomlinson (Dusty Lemons), Mark Tomlinson (Crystal Fortner), Britt Snodgrass, II (Kat), Jevon Elliott (Josh), Tarrah Mundy (Daniel) and Chad Hand (Cindy); and his granddaughter-in-law Angela Tomlinson. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Faith Apostolic Church (902 W 16th St, Marion, IN 46953). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
